St. Mary’s Board Appoints Four New Members
St. Mary’s Health Center has appointed four new members to the hospital’s board of directors: Ken Ferguson, Lincoln University; John Landwehr, Cook, Vetter, Landwehr, Doerhoff P.C.; Linda McAnany; and Marie Peoples, Cole County Health Department.
Sister Mary Jean Ryan, FSM, SSM Health Care, is chairperson of the board, and Greg Meeker, Brown Printing, is vice-chair.
Other members of the board of directors include Ben Bielski, Metal Culverts Inc.; Mark Bruns, Burton-Liese Government Relations; Bill Case; Dr. Carolyn Mahoney, Lincoln University; Dr. Dwain Roberts, Jefferson City Medical Group; Dr. Blake Rodgers, Spine Midwest, Inc.; Ken Theroff, Jefferson Bank; Bill Thompson, President/CEO of SSM Health Care; Dr. Denise Tritz, Boyce & Bynum; Dr. Robert Wankum, Jefferson City Medical Group; Ann Warren, Inglish & Monaco P.C.; and St. Mary’s President Brent VanConia.
St. Mary’s Foundation Board Appoints New Members, Elects Officers
St. Mary’s Health Center Foundation has appointed Eric Struemph to a three-year term and Kirk Farmer to a two-year term on the St. Mary’s Foundation board of directors.
Members of the board reappointed to another three-year term were Harold Butzer, Roger Dudenhoeffer, Randy Halsey, Greg Meeker, Ann Michael, Kevin Riley, Judy Schneider, and July Wieberg.
New Foundation board officers include Larry Kolb, president; Greg Meeker, first vice-president; Terry Rackers, second vice-president; and Debora Snyder, secretary/treasurer.
Other members of the board of directors include St. Mary’s President Brent VanConia, Kris Ballage, Margaret Rehma-Boulch, Bill Case, Kelli Jones, John A. Klebba, Harry Otto, Steve Rasmussen, Dr. Jody Rodgers, Gilbert Schanzmeyer, Joe Scheppers, Barbara Sheehan, Dr. Denise Tritz, Thomas Vetter, and Donna Westhues. Advisory board members are Mozelle Bielski, Sam B. Cook, Dotty Ewers, Sandy Kanagawa, Anna Marie Klebba, Nicholas Monaco, Carl Vogel, Harold Westhues, and Dick Wilson.
Members of the Foundation board serve terms of up to three years, and officers serve two-year terms.
