St. Mary’s Health Center has named Grace McBride its new vice president of acute care services/chief nursing officer.

McBride has more than 30 years of experience in health care, including her most recent position as vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer at St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point, Wis. Her leadership background includes extensive work in hospital operations, clinical services and quality.

McBride received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Webster University in St. Louis, and a master’s degree in health administration from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
