St. Mary’s Health Center has announced two recent leadership changes within the organization.

Teresa Elliston, director of health information at St. Mary’s for the past nine years, has taken the position of director of care coordination. Elliston will direct case management, social work, clinical documentation management and denials management.

Jan Zimmerman has been named director of the clinic network at St. Mary’s. Zimmerman has been working with the clinics for the past five years in safety and quality. She will direct medical clinics, clinic managers and employed providers.
