In addition to The Joint Commission, concerns may be presented Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services and/or the Missouri Quality Improvement Organization for Medicare patients (QIO-Primaris). Any of these reporting mechanisms are available to patients in addition to working with St. Mary's Health Center representatives to resolve quality or safety concerns.
